CPB action to cancel planning permission (granted 24 December 2019)

Various appeals were lodged for the annulment of this planning permission, including that of the company Stevens Recycling, before a Dutch-speaking chamber, and that of the CPB (with some member companies), before a French-speaking chamber.

Decision of the 10th Dutch-speaking Chamber of the Council of State – see judgment of 19 November 2021 -: annulment!
